fyool Hydrate

The original fyool hydrate has arrived. Hydration plays a key role in performance, recovery, cognitive function, and every day bodily function. Plain and simple, if you want to feel your best, you need to stay hydrated. Very few products on the market provide a full spectrum of hydration ingredients like fyool hydrate does. All 7 ingredients are geared towards making you feel your best.

fyool hydrate has no artificial sweeteners like sucralose or aspartame. Hydrate is also calorie free, with no added carbohydrates or fats. While carbohydrates may aid in additional muscular hydration, that's for you to add.

What's In fyool hydrate?

Sodium Bicarbonate helps reduce metabolic acidosis and sodium is a key electrolyte that is excreted during intense exercise. Sodium Bicarbonate may also aid in gastrointestinal issues.

Potassium Chloride, also known as potassium salt, is used to aid in smooth muscle contractions, produce muscular energy, and keep stable blood pressure. (1)

Calcium Carbonate is a calcium salt, helps with bone density, gastric hyper-acidity, and is a key electrolyte the body excretes during exercise (2)

Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate is another key electrolyte. This ingredient is shown to decrease cramping intensity and cramping frequency (3). Magnesium bislycinate chelate also shows increase absorption in the intestinal track (4).

Kelp is inserted into fyool hydration for it's role in the body to synthesize thyroid hormone (5). This is a key function of the body for healthy activity.

Taurine plays a key role in energy metabolism (6). As such, deficient taurine may cause a weak energy metabolism. Adding taurine to your diet can increase energy metabolism in cardiac activity, muscle performance, and adipose tissue.

Coconut Water Powder increases the natural ingestion of potassium, chloride, and citrate within the body (7). This is a natural form of an important electrolyte.

When should you take fyool hydrate?

fyool hydrate is best taken before and/or after workouts. This is when your body will or already has excreted the most of your electrolytes. You can also take fyool hydrate anytime you feel dehyrated or if you need to flavor your beverage throughout the day.

fyool hydrate vs. BCAA's

The BCAA brands have always claimed it's a great way to flavor your water throughout the day. BCAA's are protein fragments, which in turn means you're sipping on protein the entire day. Your body has a "refractory period" between meals, meaning it's requiring rest. Instead of loading your gallon jug with bcaa's, try something more natural like fyool hydrate.
